call on hold retreive with no audio

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me out with this one. On an Aastra phone 57i connected to an Asterisk (version 1.4.19) sometime when the user place a call on hold, when he retreive it, there is no audio on both side. The symptom is that the remote caller hears the music on hold, and it suddently stopped but can't hear the user on the Aastra phone.

Can someone guide me on this on what to look for?
