I try to dial 918163292530(FAA)and get our internal greeting saying the number is not vaid at our facility.
I can dial arbitrary number close to it like 918163292630 & 918163292540 and they go through. 1816 is in the NPA table and Nxx 329 is aswell I can't see were it's getting messed up but any number in the 253X range gets the internal greeting here's a copy of 2 call traces I did one worked one didn't.

either that or are you doing 6 digit call routing. one unique problem i ran into with a goverment number, no clid transmited, and i got the same carrier recording

looks like the call went out ok - that recording is coming from your telco provider.

open a ticket with them.

On the call that didn't work the digits 9 and 1 are in the dialed digits. Is there a free calling table or something built for the working numbers? Or SDRR like mluckie mentioned.

sdrr is to add alow or deny entries past the npa..

npa

that sends 1xxx to route list index 7... xxx could be any area code, no wild cards,, if that is all my entry then any call to that area code is subject to the same routing as defined in ld 86.. so if 1xxx 434 goes all 1xxx numbers should go..in ld 90 prt the npa 1816.. and post that..

Can you post RLI 21? Is there any FCI assigned to it?

that shows that all numbers past 1816 are allowed. the block is either the carrier or the far end subscriber. some switches are setup to not accept calls from casual dialers. ie you must send a dialable clid to call that number. had that problem twice, one a gov site the other was 1800 on a mci provider. enl msgi on your dch in ld 96 may show you the reason the call is refused...
