call not going to vm

extention has stopped going to vm. it dosen't ring at the extention either. after about 7 rings the operator's (111) phone starts ringing.

the extension is in the coverage group (30).

visually, on the phone, the line button AND Sys Access(V) buttons both are activily blinking while the phone is receiving the call. The Sys Access button doesn't visually blink when calls are received to other extentions.

Ideas?

Being a novice, how do I check that?

If its forwarded, pick up an intercom (ext voice, ring or access) and dial *33 then that phones extension number. That will put it back to itself.
If not try the 'ol unplug- plug back in trick. Or busy out & restore the extension.
 
This is crazy, I did *33 and it says its forwarding to itself, I also tried unplugging the phone.

It silently rings, then is passed to the operator(111) which rings for ever.

Anybody else?

this might help, the phone never rings, and the volume is turned up.
 
figured it out. all the lines were set do delay ring.
