Having trouble using the call monitor feature. I'm using the default *99*N# (call listen) shortcode. and I have an extention set to monitor a hunt group. but when I try I just get a dail tone, and it looks like I'm on the extention I'm trying to monitor's second line. Any suggestions? The help for this doesn't seem to be very helpful.

Callmonitoring don,t work in 2.1(27).
Is a bug and wil be resolved in V3.0 (i hope).

Try pressing # again as in: *99*N##

Worked for me when I pressed it by mistake!
 
Yes, i heard it worked like that, but also heard that it can give some problems like resetting the IPO.

Caution: trying to get around the call listen bug can cause resets as big70 mentioned. It's happened on a couple of my customers sites...
