I have a customer who wants to listen in/monitor his customer service reps and sales reps in office. He has a Norstar MICS release 4.1. Can he monitor with current software or does he need to upgrade?

It's not the 4.1 that does it, you need to have some type ACD application like Cinphony. OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

Silent Monitoring on Hunt Groups is available on CICS/MICS 6.0 DueE

Algo $ MCK also make devices that will work for that application.
