Call anyone tell me or point me in a direction how i can get Call monitoring working on Cisco call Manager. Will i need IPCC?

Yes, you will need IPCC to do monitoring. And then only supervisors can monitor their logged in agents on a call from IPCC.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
