Is there a way for one of our ACD supervisor to listen the conversations of the ACD agents?

We currently hav an 3300 ICP Mitel
Software version 9.0.3.15
 
Silent Monitor - Yes.

COS option to allow sets to be monitored - Agents COS

COS option to allow set to monitor - Supervisor COS

Feature access code for Silent Monitor.

Help files are very detailed

RTFM. The help files are pretty good on the 3300.



The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
 
The embedded help files are all you need.
