Call Mobile Phone Automatically

Dear all!
When I create a new analog extension.
I want this extension which calls my mobile phone ( many other number phone...) automatically after 1 hours.
That help me monitoring my network system. Because my network sometimes call mobile network very difficult.
Please give me some ideal!
How to set parameters of extension.

Cannot be done on TSW or TSE without using a suite such as Solidus in a script. This is not great monitoring anyway, you see there is a fault if you do not receive an hourly call? You should think more about finding a way to check connectivity via snmp or similar.
