CALL METERING per LINE indication wrong

A generic/freeset extension has SERV_D9=1, asking for metering per line (in external outgoing calls).

But traces show external calls are asking for call metering per route. (The other extensions, analog and digital, do well the request for metering per line).

How can I do to solve?

a good start would be updating to SP11, chances are great that this has been fixed...
