Had a strange occurrence yesterday with a mailbox...
Subscriber Options > Assistant tab > Call Me > Call Me rule
The rule is set to call three mobile phones every ten minutes until the message is checked.
I had this configured and working properly for months, last night it somehow became unchecked. I'm the only tech who accesses MM so I know it was not manually unchecked. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks!
