User Exttion can make calles out side but can't receive calls ...please help.

You are going to have to give us a little more info then that...What version of CCM are you using? How is the cal coming in? Is it on a T-1 or POTs line? Are you talking about a DID?

What tests have you done?

Check the CSS of the Gateway. Does it include the Partition that the Extension is in?

Also, i would suggest to check the CSS on the line from which he is trying to dial out.

Also, make sure you are sending the correct number of digits to your service provider as far as calling and called numbers are considered.
