Call Manager

I have a user with Call Manager 7.5. When trying to modifiy workgroups, it tries to install an activex control. I allow the activex but it kicks me out to relogin and this cycle repeats. User had administrative rights. Any thoughts?
 
You will need to go to Internet Options,Security,Custom level and for all active x settings choose prompt or enable.
