I have a user with Call Manager 7.5. When trying to modifiy workgroups, it tries to install an activex control. I allow the activex but it kicks me out to relogin and this cycle repeats. User had administrative rights. Any thoughts?
I tried all of that. Didn't work. I did resolve the problem though by downloading the ocx files from the server directly and used regserv32 register them. The files were
