Call Manager User Options

Hi, we want to manipulate the Call Manager User Options screen to remove the option to set calls to voicemail i.e. remove the voicemail radio button so it just reads "Forward all incoming calls to this number"

I imagine that it should just be a line of text or a tag that is removed from a file but could someone pin point where this is?

We run 4.2(3).

Did you mean the phone template or the softkey options?
 
take a look at the enterprise parameters, you should be able to disable a lot of ccmuser functions, keep in mind this is system wide. you cannot set these "right" on individual basis.

Enterprise perameters is where the options are added/removed but it doesn't drill down to weather or not to include one forward destination or the other.
I've found that the actual webpage is stored under C:ciscowebs\user\callforward.asp. A friend who knew webpage set up better than me removed the offending option and hey presto!
