Call Manager to Nortel SIP Integration

We are trying to integrate Avaya/Nortel CS1000 PBX systems to our Call Manager over SIP trunks. We can place calls but do not get calling name until the call is actually answered.

Cisco phone dials 1234 - no name appears until the other end answers. x1234 does see the name of the person calling before answering.

Any ideas?
