Call Manager To Hipath 4000 calls without no busy tone

Hello,


I have H323 trunk between Cisco call manager and Siemens hipath 4000 and voice gateway linked them to the world, every thing work fine except two strange issues.

- When I call from Cisco IP phone to busy PBX phone, I didn't got a busy tone.

- When I call from PBX phone ( To Cisco voice gateway ) to offline/bust GSM mobile it's I got ringing tone !!


PBX configured as H323 trunk with Dial plan to reach the call manager and voice gateway.

I'm grasping totally at straws here, but the first place I would look would be the trunk supervision settings (how the call status is monitored), or if there are any parameters for the trunk group that would affect that. Look into both sides 4K and Cisco. This may be completely wrong, but then someone who knows more will correct me! )
