Hey all. We have a sorta new call accounting system called Office Watch. We track calls on our Cisco CM and our NEC 2400. For the most part it seems to work okay but if you dig deep into the reports you find all kinds of real "squirelly" extension numbers and they seem to come from the Call Manager. I run a month long report that shows almost 1K calls unaccounted for! The vendor says that Cisco puts out all sorts of inaccurate data (mis-dials, access codes etc) that is read by their system. This sounds like an excuse more than a condition. Please let me know if anyone has heard of any of this.
Thanks much!

That's correct. The cisco CDR records record everything dialed including misdials. it's not considered innacurrate data though. You should be able to configure office watch to ingore certain things when you do searches. Isn't that the whole purpose of call accounting? You can get raw data out of cdr records directly otherwise
