Call Manager server does not start with error 1067

Hello,

I'm having problem with starting call manager service and other call manager related services. Issue started with virus problem. I got attacted from w32.spybot.gen virus. I did virus definition update and virus problem is gone but call manager service still does not starts.I get Event ID error 1067 on the event log and found some document from Cisco tech site and deleted ~clbcatq file and reinstalling windows component but it still does not work.

If you have any idea how to correct this issue, please help.
