Call manager problem

Hi
We have get a. Electric break in company
And cucm sub and pub hang down
When we restart all service all phone are in registring
When i restar pub after sub server and utils service list
Tomcat is starting thé samedi with servelet
But i have not access to web interface of call manager
Firewall is enabled
How i can fix that
Thanks is very urgent
 
Not quite understanding what you're trying to ask but for starters, reboot the Pub before any Subs. Never the other way.

I have done it restart pub after sub
But thé same problem i have on access for web gui of call manager but tomcat is running in list utils service
How i can fix it

i think new installation of cucm pub and sub is necessary after i can restore data
please if you have a tutorial to install (cucm pub and sub) it step by step it will be gratiful

Have you tried restarting the Tomcat service on the pub? What version of call manager? Run a utils service list and paste the output.

It does seem odd, but wait to see how it is once everything has been rebooted.

How long do you wait for the services to come up?
It can take up to 20 minutes for all services to come up.
How do you access the cli? Via ssh or direct console?
If via console can you ping the call manager up address from a pc?
If not can you ping the default gateway?

You might want to look at your network if you can't do the above.
 
i give it many time (hours many but niet)
cli i access from ssh
yes i ping the call manager from pc
gateway the same is pinging
the only problem is i cant have gui web to see all my phone or to restore the config from sftp
give me please the way to solve this problem befaure i go o reinstall it
urgent please
 
for exemple in my phone
TFTP timeout
CTL update failed
no trust list installed
 
i find that i can go by web gui of callmanager of cucm sub
how i can fix cucm pub by gui web of cucm-sub
