Call Manager / Nortel's Web symposium billboard

Hi Does anyone know if Cisco call manager has a similar function as Nortels web symposium in displaying a billboard on a Pc using http? To display number of calls waiting, calls answered etc, on a particular ext /CDR (Controlled directory number)?

Call manager is the equivalent to a Nortel PBX so it has no ICD capabilities. IPCC does however.
I am not amiliar with the symposium billboard but I assume it is a constant display of what you describe.

The Desktop agent for IPCC has a screen that shows some stats but it is not a billboard.

There are several third party products that will do what you describe.

Is this a function of sympsosium that comes standard or is it a third party also like Symonview?

This is a standard feature of Web Symposium 4.2, You can build your own Displays ACD agents available, busy, Idle. Number of calls incoming / incoming to different sites / Active Calls. That sort of thing. I must say its very good. I used to work with Meridian/ Symposium 5 and was just wondering if Cisco Call Manager / IPCC that you've told me about did anything similar.
