Call Manager install error TABCTL32.OCX

Hey all I followed the instructions on installing call manager on VMWARE. The install gets 99% done but them bombs on the following error:

Error 1305.Error reading from file
C:\CCMTmp\Restore\TABCTL32.OCX. Verify that file exists
and that you can access it.
