Hello,

Our corporate CCME sends voice mail wav attachments to our end users. The quality of the attachment is extremely low. Even if you crank up the system volume they are barley audible.

How do I control the quality of the voice mail to wav conversion?

I am sure that a way to do it does exist but cannot seem to locate it.

Any thoughts?
