Can someone tell me what the advantages of the CM 6.0 as opposed to the CM Express for a new call center. We have about 50 agents, need reporting etc. Not sure if the CM 6.0 is more than what we need. Also though dont want the CM Express if it is going to be outdated or not have enough of the other features. Please tell me what have been your experience with each. Thank You,

I'm assuming you are talking about the differences between Contact Center 6 and Symposium Express.

1) Contact Center 6 (about to be release 7) is much more flexible with call flow. You perform your own scripting while Express uses "Wizards" that are canned.
2) CC6 uses a web interface for administration and reporting while Express uses a client S/W that is loaded on all PC's that need it.
3) You can connect to CallPilot with both systems using IVR ports but only CC6 will connect using ACCESS ports.
4) Express has been sitting at release 4.2 for years. I have seen no indication of any R&D on that product so it may be going away soon.

As you can see, in my opinion, you would be better off going with CCM 6 or 7. However, there are a lot smarter Symposium folks than me in the Symposium forum so you might want to post this question there for more feedback.

Does anyone know any limitations on the CCM 6.0?
