I have 2 Cisco 2821's setup with 12.1 and CME 3.2 with identical Software/configs except the extensions/MainNumber (2 different locations).
The issue that I am having is that the users at one of the locations are complaining of customers leaving voicemail messages but no messages are showing in their mailboxes.
I have managed to reproduce the problem myself by ringing a DDI number whilst they are on the phone and leaving a message, but no MWI light shows and the mail box is empty.
Has anyone had this occur to them? Would it be a problem with my configs (which would be weird as problem does not occur at other site) or with the CUE card?
Any help/Advice would be appreciated.
