Call Manager Express 4.1 Caller Id Name Not showing

I have a CME 4.1 with a PRI that I cannot get the Name to show in the dispaly. Using debug isdn q931 I see that the caller name and number are both being presented. I get the number on the screen but not the name. What am I missing in my config? Is it a telerphony-service issue, serial interface, dial-peer? I cant find anything on the forums thats similar.

did you set the alerting name on the phone line in ccm as well as the display caller id?

ur doing this via the web?
