Call Manager Broadcast

We used to use Call Manager Express and we had a feature where we could broadcast audio messages to all phones on hook (useful for giving warnings of fire alarm tests etc.).

We have now "upgraded" to full-blown Call Manager (6.1) and this feature no longer exists.

Is there any way to provide this feature either by Call Manager or a third party product?

I use Reliacast from Berbee. Works very well. You have to have ( I think ) Informacast from Berbee, then you can install Relicast from Berbee.
Informacast has many features. You can send text pages (nice for planed maintence to systems) to the phone, combo of text and audio, and live audio. The drawback is it requires a lot of input (compared to one touch paging) before the page begins.
Creating different page groups is nice also.
With Relicast, it simulates a one touch live page. You can use the features of both products as needed.
