Call Manager Attendant Console

I read in the docs that you can run the Attendant Console in a smaller version that just has the speed dials so that several users can monitor lines. I can run Attendant Console fine but cannot figure out how to make it with just the speeddial window. I am referring to the second picture at:

I think all they have done in this second screenshot is minimize all the other windows. There is no "cut down" version of the tool.
