Call Manager Attendant Console upgrade 4.1 > 6.1 5

Does all the User personal information stay when you do the upgrade? I'm talking about the User info that was built in AC like Speed Dial's etc. not the info it pulls from CallManager.

If memory serves me right I want to say no. I did it last january but can't recall if that was an issue.

No, we are upgrading from 4.1.3 to 6.1. So all the personal AC data on the servers will be lost.

you will need to run the data migration assistant from bars backup on the new severs. Then you will not lose any data.

Iwontremember is correct. The AC Speed Dials do come over with the DMA backup file. Interesting that Cisco was as confused as I was.

Also the AC User password is carried over, not reset like the CCMUser password.
