I know this is probably an easy one for you guys. I have two new employees that will be working as back ups for MAC's. I want to set them up with their own admin login ID and password on Call Manager 4.1. I've done this for my admins in other offices but haven't done it in a while. Could anyone assist me with how to set this up?
