Does anyone know which remote access tools work to provide remote support for Call Manager 5 servwers? I assume tools such as VNC and Remote Desktop will not work if the OS is not Windows.
Ummm, SSH? I only have CM5 in a test vmware session, so I don't have a lot of experience with it, but I doubt its open to just telnet. Haven't tried it.
