Call manager 4.2 - Pilot Point gets hung up with a busy 2

For some reason our Pilot Point for the attendant consoles gets hung up and rings in busy from time to time. reseting has no impact. This symptom comes and goes. Any and all ideas are welcome.

Perhaps there's not enough ports in the hunt group assigned to the hunt pilot so it rings busy.
