Call manager 4.0 Report

Hi
I done this before but I don't remember how I did, basicly I try to run a report to see who call 411 and 911, also to export this for print how, can someone give me direction.

If you have CAR installed, do a query by Extension and put '911' or '411' as the Extension number.
