We currently have a copy of GFI Faxmaker 12 running on our network. It's just hooked up to a Multitech modem which is connected to a ATA186/188. Everything works fine, but some of the higher-ups have expressed an interest in DID routing on the faxes. Can somebody give a recommendation on an appropriate card and possibly some general steps to configure it?

Here's my current config
Main Site
Cisco Call Manager 3.3
Cisco Unity 4.0
1-1760 Router w/ 1-WIC-1DSU-T1 & 1-VWIC-1MFT-T1 & 1-VIC2-4FXO
(Has 1 PRI to Telco, 1 DS1 to Remote Office and am using one of the FXO ports to connect to a paging system)

Remote Site
1-1760 Router w/ 1-WIC-1DSU-T1 & 1-VWIC-1MFT-T1
(Has 1 PRI to Telco, 1 DS1 to Main Office)

Have fun with that... I've never had great luck with fax servers in general..they always seem to bomb out. Regardless, take a look at Brooktrout cards for your fax card. I'd work with a very knowledable vendor in selecting the correct card. Last place I worked at we bought the card that was recomeneded and after a bunch of screwing around found that that was the wrong card, we were outside of our return window and we had to the the cost of it ($1800) or so...
