I have been unable to get CCM 3.3(4) to load on a desktop PC. PC is an E-machine 2.7Ghz with 512M RAM. It fails to read a Reg-Key. Please see my log file and procedure below. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Process:
Load win2K server
Load SP4
Load Reg Hack
Attempt to load CCM
===========
Alternate attempts which also failed include:
1. loading win-os upgrade after SP4
2. upgrade IE to version 6
3. Changed reg-hack from 2000.2.5 to include the SR2 release also attempted with the SR2 release.
============
Registry Hack used:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cisco Systems\Model
"HARDWARE"="MCS7835"

Try changing the SR service release to SR5 instead of SR2. I believe this is what I had to do.
