Call Management & Budgeting solution for KX-TDA/KX-TDE & KX-NCP series

Hello Pana PBX gurus,
I am looking for a solution for Panasonic KX-TDA200 Call budgeting. I need one that has provision for allocating resources(funds) to extensions and when used up the affecting extension ceases to make outbound calls till the account for the affected extension is re-charged. Anybody used that solution?
