Is their any way to open the local call logs from the Phone Manager client software? They appear as hidden files in the local profile folder, but they aren't text-editor friendly.

Install deltaserver, this will log everything, and it's a csv file.

It can be find in the Administration CD where the Avaya Manager is in.
