Is it possible to bring up call logs from the last few months on a Definity system?

At current, my system is setup to print every number that gets dialed within our system, and print every call that is made outgoing in our system. But I've been asked to pull logs from January if possible.

Is it possible? Or is this a feature that needs to be turned on?

Hi twizitid,

Unless you have some form of external logging (call accounting software), the answer is no. The buffer in Definity for CDR records can hold only a limited amount of information (minutes, hours or maybe days rather then months - depending on call volume).
