Greetings,
Is there a way to check call logs? For example, I need to know if a particular person makes personal calls for all the time?

I know you can set it up over this person's phone. It will show something like "you have calls" on the LCD. I don't prefer this way.

Thanks!

CDR is the way to go. You can have the BCM push CDR files to a FTP server. The CDR pull utility stinks (in my opinion). There are CDR packages that can take that raw data and make pretty pie charts and what not for you, or if you're versed in Excel or Access, you could massage the data yourself.

Setup instructions are in the BCM docs, and I believe that mrmarshall has docs and setup hints on his site as well - he pops in this forum quite a bit.

We have used RSI's Revolution Call Accounting and Convertec's Visual Call Manager. The call log in the phones is a caller ID log for inbound calls.

There is a free program by one of the members it is based on a FTP push. It is by a guy called lovettsplc. I am a fan of free software but I am using a product by a company called tri-line. I find it very could and very resonable on the pricing front.

The link to the free app.
