I have a client on R7.0 and have 5410's
Recently they have notified us that the call logs are no longer showing up on the phone.
From the client as of Wednesday 09/01/2021:
"I’ve received no phone calls at all (interoffice or outside) since Monday. I made one outgoing call today which shows on my log. One missed call shows up, but that was a call that rang through from admin/main. I was at the desk when it came in. Samantha picked it up before I could, but it still shows as a missed call on my phone log. I called my extension. That now shows on the outgoing log for ext. 1709 and on my “missed” log at ext. 1705."
Thoughts?
