hello I have a bunch of 1120E sets the call logs stoped working not all sets just a few only way to get it to work again is to replace the set . Has anyone had this happen to them do you think it is a firmware issue

I am assuming your are using your SS as your call log server.

1. Are you still able to ping the SS from your 1120e's?
2. Are your sets registered to the SS or to your VGW Card?
3. Have you updated your firmware recently?

The Personal Directory / Redial List / Callers List on an IP Phone are stored on the "signaling server" and provided to the phone on demand. Highly unlikely is a firmware issue. Is your system fully PEPd?

How many sets are we talking about total for all IP sets?

There are issues with callers list and firmware on the phones you will need to use the latest firmware to sort out this problem, I have had this issue on i1140 phones upgraded them and now ok
