Is it possible with Partner ACS 4.0 to log incoming and/or outgoing calls to/from a particular extension? I have a customer who wants to keep track of who an employee is calling and who they are receiving calls from.
To use SMDR: I need to buy a 355-A adapter for $40 and then connect a PC via a Cat5 cable. Then I need to setup hyperterminal to capture the data stream or I can buy a call accounting program to give me some nice reports. Am I missing anything here? If I decide to buy a program, what do you recommend? I need only the most basic features. I have only 4 partner phones.
