Is there a way to do call logging. if I need to connect additional PC and software, Where do I need to connect it?

I presume HiPath 4000 - not sure of version ?
You probably need a LAN connected PC
Connect it via an IP switch to the 'Atlantic LAN'
Set the PC to be 192.0.2.100/24
Set the Call Charging (CDR) to come FROM 192.0.2.3 port 1202

Assistant application COL will also collect the CDR records from ADP and store on the Assistant, from there you can get them with SFTP etc. But it won't process them into anything meaningful, you'll have rows of clear text. But using COL means you won't need an active connection to 192.0.2.3 all the time (which also works fine). COL just makes the process a little more automated.

If you just want see who dialled what, you can use FTBL to create a meaningful form table so that the output is easier on the eye.

CDR on the 4K is a big subject, it's not just a case of turning it on and off, it would be easier if it was. There is a lot of configuration behind it. SELS, SELG, GEZU, GEFE, FTBL, FBTN, FEASU, TEXT, it all needs config. I probably missed some.

I recommend Traffic Analyst from Impact Technologies. Much much simpler than doing it yourself, and all the work is already done for you - you just tell it how you want to report the data!
