OK,

So this manager wants us to send him a weekly log file for one extension. He wants to know what numbers have been dialed, how long, etc...

I have no idea how to set this up.

Is there an easy way to get suh a list?

ld 17 to add a tty, user cty. ld 15 to build cdr data, ld 16 to cdr yes on all rdb's.. make sure the set is cls icda if you want internal as well as external.

i perfer to connect a pc up to the tty port, capture the data.. pull it up in excel and build a macro to get me reports.. you can send cdr to tm if your running that. we don't use tm, or otm.. it works perfect 90 percent of the time, we talk 100 percent of the time
