For some reason I've lost the ability to log calls on a BCM200 4.0. I go into advanced features settings and try to reset the call log space. When I hit reset logs it brings up the windows for the log space and it says "Space per log 0" and "# of sets with logs 0" When I try to change the space per log to some other parameter, EM generates an error.
Could I be in the midst of a HD failure?
