Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if there a cheap or free product available to collect the CTY info from a TTY port?

any pc running hyperterm or procomm can cature that data.. an mdr 2000 is used for remote polling.. i use procomm then make my capture path, a share point

I use Procomm on a PC connected to a tty port programmed as USER CTY. you could use hyperterminal.
