Call logging

Can anyone tell me if there is a logging feature on the BCM that can tell you how long a user has spent on a specific call. I am not too familiar with this system and I can't seem to find anything within the management console that would have those stats.

The data would be in the CDR files on the BCM. You can try to extract the info from the raw data, but a CDR package like the ones made by RSI Software would make it much easier on you.
 
We use RSI and it took a little while to get used to it but it works great...

 
I just recently setup CDR on our BCMs (7 of them) and found setting up CDR somewhat easy. I configured the BCMs to push the CDR files via FTP to a centralized server. Afterwards you can view the files with Note pad. It will definitely show how long a user is on each call, the number called, and more importantly if the call was a 911 call.
 
I must appologize for my ignorance but where in the BCM can I configure this? I have only been using this BCM for a little while and am not too familiar with it.

I recomend contacting RSI they walk you through the install over the phone...

radeoman: where do you find the log files on the BCM? I can't seem to track them down...
 
You need to use a special API to get the CDR data from the logs. RSI is a Nortel developer that apparently logs the data.

I recently purchased a copy of their new Visual Rapport for Lan CTE. Has anyone else had any experience with this product?
