Call Logging VoIP 1140E CS1000 Primary DN Only

I recently enabled call logging on my VoIP sets by logging into the Signaling Server through Element Manager and adding the ELAN IP address under System > IP Network > Personal Directories > Server Configuration. This enabled the call logging features on the VoIP phones but it is logging calls for every DN on the set. Is there a way to have it only log calls on the primary DN?
