Call logging V.24

Hi all,
i am testing the V24 type callinfo output through serial port of ESU. I have programed it but I dont get any data in the hyperterminal...I programmed as follows:

MDSH> callinfo_output_set -output 1 -lim 1 -type v24 -subtype asb501 -dbname /dev/ttyS0 -bitrate 9600 -stopbits 1 -parity no -format -eol CRNL -localtime -flowcontrol xon

MDSH> callinfo_status_set -state on -lim 1 -output 1

usermod -G dialout,video,ldap,uucp eri_sn_d

Anybody knows how is the wire cable?
