I cannot change the time parameter for call logging

e.g.

<CLODI:FILE=SMDR,TIME=0-00-20;
EXECUTED

<clinp;
CALL LOGGING DATA
CALL LOGGING MODE: ACTIVATED
HEADER FORM DMPSIZ DISCR IN SERVICE LOGABN
SMDR 4 1 0 YES NO
ORIG DIAL TIME
ALL ALL ALL

END

It always comes back with time = all , I only want to record calls that go over 10 seconds , aspap 122 is set to 1 . I have also removed all programming but I still get the same results

Hi! Have you tried to restart units that handle Call logging ?

BC ver? NIU or SIU?
I have tried this on our lab:

[tt] <CLINP;
CALL LOGGING DATA
CALL LOGGING MODE: ACTIVATED
MOBILITY LOGGING MODE: NOT ACTIVATED
HEADER FORM DMPSIZ DISCR IN SERVICE LOGABN LOGFAL HRTBT
MD-ELM 4 1 0 YES YES 0 NO
ORIG DIAL TIME
ALL ALL ALL
DIR LIM BPOS EVENT

END
<CLODI:FILE=MD-ELM,TIME=0-00-20;
EXECUTED

<CLINP;
CALL LOGGING DATA
CALL LOGGING MODE: ACTIVATED
MOBILITY LOGGING MODE: NOT ACTIVATED
HEADER FORM DMPSIZ DISCR IN SERVICE LOGABN LOGFAL HRTBT
MD-ELM 4 1 0 YES YES 0 NO
ORIG DIAL TIME
ALL ALL ALL
ALL ALL 0-00-20
DIR LIM BPOS EVENT

END

<ASPAP:pARNUM=122;
APPLICATION SYSTEM PARAMETERS
PARNUM PARVAL
122 1
END
<
