I am looking for a Call Logging software as a temporary measurement tool. Our customer is not running Call logging software on the network and has no desire to do so.

At one of the sites, they have implemented a new radio system for specific calls and want to monitor the calls over a 2 month period on their option 61. This is to see if the users are making use of the radio or just using the PSTN.

The problem is that they don't want to get tied in to an expensive solution as it will only run for 2 months on 1 switch. Can anyone advice what would be a good, but inexpensive solution.

one work around is to make the sterring code a maxp 1 acd, just as a step to change a dialed number to a working number.. here's how i count calls to a 2616 non acd.. the set dn was 1234, changed it to 4444, made 1234 a maxp 1 acd ncfw to 4444.. did calls still call 1234, but i get a counter in my acd reports per call... another way is to get a trail version of reporting software for 30 days and see if it's cost effective.. you've got reports for 30 days, compare a couple of packages..

another way if to write a script in procomm aspect to compile reports
