Im trying to setup Call logging but I keep getting a "No Log Assigned" error.

I;ve reviewed the Call Logging info the program guide, I've set the DN to Log all Calls and I've reset the Call Log space in general settings.

What am I missing? How do I assign a log space to the sets?

Thank danthephoneman , however I get an error <Enter Blank to Clear "set log space"> when I try to set the log space on the DN in telco features.

Yup, its 0. Im not sure where to go about changing this.

If you logon to the BCM and select services-----telephony services-----system DNS-----Active set DNS and select the extension you want the call logging enabled on.

Under the extension you need to set the following:-

Under user preferences set the type of call logging.

No answer unanswered by me etc.

Under Telco features for the extension you will see the following fields.

Set Log space ( How much space that you allocate to this extension for call logging)

Available Log Space (System wide Log space for all extensions)

You need to have the set log space set to a value other than 0 to enable the call logging feature.

that's what I thought, do you know where I go to allocate more log space? Or at least see where ithas been allocated too? i already tried to reset the log space in the system settings but everything is stil showing 0.

Are you changing the number of calls a set will log then the number of sets that the total number (600) will be devided into. This is in feature settings log space.

Ok, I figured out my problem.

When I was setting 20 entries it was running out of log space as EVERY DN was defined to have a log. I guess it was a default setting. When I set a lower number it seems to work OK.

So, what I think I need to do it go into each inactive DN and change the Call Log settings to "No Logging".

Question: Is there an easy way to do this in bulk? Or do I need to do one by one?
